What are your qualifications and background?

I am a certified personal trainer, mobility specialist, lifestyle coach, and nutritional advisor with several years of hands-on coaching experience. My approach focuses on strength training, mobility, pain-free joint health, and injury prevention, shaped by my professional background in ballet and contemporary dance.

I'm not sure which package I need to book.

Different packages are for different goals or life schedules.

  • Extended 75 - More intensive, guaranteed to see results faster, with more time to focus on technique and on what your body needs.

Can I start with just a consultation, or do I have to book a trial first?

You can book consultation separately (20min - free of costs), or in combination with a trial session.

Do I have to start with booking a package?

No. Every new client starts with a consultation and a trial session to make sure it’s the right fit before committing to a package.
