My Journey
Born and raised in Ostrava, Czech Republic, I discovered my passion for ballet and contemporary dance at the conservatory. I performed in theaters across the Czech Republic and Germany, taught children and adults, choreographed, and even helped a gymnast prepare for the 2012 London Olympics.
However, years of intense training led to injuries like a slipped disc, knee and back pain, and a dislocated shoulder. That's when fitness became my way to heal, rebuild strength, regain trust in my body, and prevent future injuries.
Experiencing the pressure to achieve the 'perfect' body firsthand showed me how easily it can lead to unhealthy habits. These experiences inspired me to become a personal trainer and nutritional advisor.
My Vision
This journey taught me the importance of balance - knowing when to push, when to rest, and how to listen to my body. I aim to help others achieve a healthy, balanced lifestyle by combining what I’ve learned from dance, fitness, and nutrition.
Over time, I developed my own approach focusing on strength, balance, and simplicity. Training should improve your body, mind, and overall well-being - without extremes. I believe in smart, effective workouts, sustainable habits, and a supportive environment where everyone progresses at their own pace.
Today, this philosophy influences everything I do. It shapes my approach to personal training and nutrition coaching, helping me guide my clients toward healthy, long-lasting results.

Supporting Berlin’s Dance Community
Having started my journey as a dancer, I know how demanding the profession can be - physically and mentally. To give back to the community that shaped me, I offer professional ballet and contemporary dancers in Berlin 20% off all personal training sessions and packages.
My goal is to help dancers build strong, healthy bodies that can support their artistry for many years to come.
